Happy National Nutrition Month!!
National Nutrition Month |
March is my month to shine, because it’s National Nutrition
Month. The theme this year is Bite Into a Healthy Lifestyle.
If you are already biting healthy, bravo. If not, now is a good time to
practice.
Set some goals for a healthy lifestyle:
- Adopt a healthy lifestyle and eat fewer calories
- Choose plenty of healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and nuts
- Be physically active every day
- Aim for 150 minutes a week of moderately intense physical activity. It will strengthen bones and muscles, reduce stress, and increase energy.
By achieving a healthy weight, you will reduce your risk of
a chronic disease. Sound good to you?

If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). This is an old idea: For 150 years or more there have been an infinite number of weight-loss diets based on eating less carbs. What’s new is that dozens of modern scientific studies have proven that, yes, low carb is the most effective way to lose weight. The 100lbs Later Weight Loss Program is your best way to do this.
