Meeting Michael Chiarello at his restaurant Bottega in Napa Valley

What a wonderful surprise running into award-winning, celebrity chef, Michael Chiarello, in front of his popular restaurant, Bottega, in Napa Valley last week. He is very gracious, and it was a pleasure to meet him.
Napa valley in Northern California is a mecca for fine wine and fabulous food. However, no one had to tell me. I found out for myself. While I was there, I learned about grapeseed oil. It has a high smoke point and a nice flavor. And it takes A LOT of grape seeds to make a bottle of oil.
