Napa valley in Northern California is a mecca for fine wine and fabulous food. However, no one had to tell me. I found out for myself. While I was there, I learned about grapeseed oil. It has a high smoke point and a nice flavor. And it takes A LOT of grape seeds to make a bottle of oil.
